Your privacy, and your end-user's privacy is as important to Public
IP as it is to you. Public IP is committed to protecting your personal
information while enabling you to benefit from the useful, convenient
features offered by Public IP Services.
Public IP's registration process requests your email address. We
never sell or provide this information to any outside company or
organization. We use your email address to send confirmation
notices and updates when you request information from Public IP services,
or when we need to send notice. If you have submitted your
information more than one time, it is likely that you will be contacted
separately for each submittal.
The data stored in the Public IP database is limited to what you
see in Zone Control. Public IP stores usernames, MAC addresses, IP
addresses, byte transfer, and the session start and stop times.
We do not in any way monitor the website usage of your zone end-users.
Once a user is authenticated, the user's requests no longer touches
our servers, with the exception of exceptions(blocked pages) and
authentication renews. There is no secret logging of user activity
or proxy through a Public IP server.
In Open mode, there is no communication with the Public IP servers.
The ZoneCD stands alone.
We have established multiple security measures to protect against
the loss, misuse or alteration of any information under our control.
