In
addition to the Basic services, with a subscription to Public
IP's "Spot" service you will gain access our live
help service called "On The `Spot Support".
When
a visitor is on your network, even before they login, you will
be able to push a message or url, or initiate a chat session
with them. "Canned messages" and "Push URLs" can be stored
in the system and shared between operators.
You
can have up to five operators per zone and each operator can
handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously. Sessions
are color coded to make it easier to differentiate between
users when chatting with more than one visitor.
After the chat is terminated, visitors can have the transcript
emailed to them for future reference. |
